Ausflow specialises in Sydney Water’s infrastructures and accompanies its clients from the early design and conception stages of their projects as a Sydney Water Service Coordinator, all the way to the practical construction of required assets by the construction department that has been listed as a Sydney Water accredited Contractor back in 1999.

AusFlow had encountered issues with their current Mailing System and was seeking a modern, reliable, scalable, cost-effective and maintenance-free solution. In seeking a solution, Inniti was contacted by AusFlow in order to come up with a solution; In which Inniti had made recommendations of upgrading their current Mailing System to Office 365.

Inniti advised that AusFlow migrates to Office365 Business – of which is includes the entire suite of Microsoft Programs, tools and cloud-based productivity software; inclusive of an integrated Mailing System, Microsoft Exchange – the solution to AusFlow’s current problem. Through Office 365 Business, Microsoft Exchange is just one of the many services offered to clients through Office 365; regarded to be the industry’s gold standard of mailing systems.

Pre-Existing data available on Google Drive was to be integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint, making the information restrictive and available to only those who have the relevant permissions to be able to view the information. In further improvements on AusFlow, Inniti suggested to move DNS service to AWS and to set-up and configure SPF records. Carrying out AusFlow’s requests, Inniti had transferred the data from G-Suite, the platform that AusFlow had previously been operating off of to Office 365 Business. Upon making these changes, Inniti had provided initial startup IT-Support to familiarise end-users and to instruct them on how to use the system.

Through Inniti’s recommendations, AusFlow is able to perform in the most efficient manner, with the productivity and management software of Office 365 Business having an effect on the management and performance of the company. The employees of AusFlow since have become familiarised and experienced in using the tools provided by Office 365 Business – with the IT-Related enquiries of the employees directed to Inniti’s IT Support Staff, offering real-time support whenever it’s needed, across a broad category of enquiries relating to Hardware, Software and Networking, thus improving the IT infrastructure of AusFlow as a whole.
