Sam the Paving Man, a business within the construction industry is in between relocating their office, of which they’d like to make a cost effective approach in upgrading their current legacy PABX system, with the ideal being a modern, scalable phone system; more importantly, cost effective.

Inniti proposes to deploy and install the 3CX Phone System in STPM’s Head Office, alongside the implementation of a cloud service to host the 3CX phone system, new voice VLAN, configuration of IVR and call groups, the reconfiguration of session border controllers at project sites, configuration of the 3CXsystem including updated firmware for all hardware and the setup of the new extensions of employees.

The details of the extensions will be retrieved via a one-way active directory sync, with the current phone in-dials being ported to a SIP trunk provider; AD Sync has been provided and configured alongside the installation of the new 3CX phone system, of which is accompanied by the introduction of new hardware such as provision conference and desk phones – alongside the implementation of these improvements, Inniti configured the DHCP server for auto-provisioning, as well as providing post-installation support.

As a result of Inniti’s implementation of new hardware, software and configuration; STPM’s communication has streamlined with the addition of provision handsets, cloud hosted 3CX systems allowing for efficient communication amongst employees and clients of Hyecorp. Alongside the many improvements made by Inniti, the STPM’s servers are configured, maintained and optimised – all by Inniti; of which we offer real-time IT support, with our IT consultants on standby ready to assist STPM employees upon request with any IT-Related enquiry.
